We ship from our warehouse within 2 business days of placing the order. Typically, orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days of shipping.
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us at info@jarvoutdoor.com.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days and we will offer a full refund. The product must be in the condition in which you received it.
Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full credit card refund.

We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return/exchange is complete. Refunds/exchanges take approximately 2 weeks from our receipt of your product. Shipping charges are not refundable.

JÄRV Outdoor has a limited lifetime guarantee and you should expect great quality from a naturally stylish water bottle you can use for many years. We have chosen to guarantee the tubes for 2 years, and we expect them to serve you much longer.
Warranty claims will only be approved by JÄRV Outdoor if the product was purchased from us or from an authorized dealer. The limited warranty provided by JÄRV only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defects caused by any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defects caused by cleaning, disassembly or modifications; or (iii) damage or defects caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse or fire.
